How do I go about ordering a cake from you?
You can contact us via this Website, Email, Phone or come visit us at Shop 43 Princes Highway Kogarah to discuss what you would like to order.

How much notice do I need to give?
For most Occassion Cakes, a minimum notice of two weeks is required. For Wedding Cakes, one month is required. And for all other desserts, two weeks notice. If you have a last minute order let us know and we may still be able to help!

Can you do any design?
We can most certainly create any design that you have in mind. We suggest gathering some ideas before our meeting so you have something to refer to. However we are happy to brainstorm with those of you who do not have anything particular in mind!

Why can't you give me an instant quote on something I point out?
Each and every cake is made to order, and is custom to each client. Although you may like something we have done before, you may require the cake to feed more or less people than the one in the photo. So there are a few variables, which is why we need to discuss all the details with you in order to give you an accurate quote.

What is your payment method?
For all cakes, we require an upfront deposit of 50% as security, and to book in your order. Deposit's are non refundable for any cancellations or changes. We understand that some cakes, especially Wedding Cakes, can be quite pricey and will arrange a payment plan with you if need be. The balance is to be paid at least 1 week prior to pickup or delivery. We accept cash or direct bank deposits.

Do you deliever, and where to?
Yes, we do deliver! To all of Sydney, provided there is clear access to the location. Prices for delievery do vary depending on KM distance. For those who do not wish to wear the extra delivery cost, pickup is always available.
